A technology company in Taichung ordered 62 C Series office chairs from CenturyShine. The order took shape over several months as the customer revised the quantity and asked about armrest options. Once the details were confirmed, we prepared the chairs at our factory and arranged delivery and on-site assembly.
From Initial Inquiry to Order Confirmation
The customer first contacted CenturyShine in June to ask about pricing for our C Series office chairs. We provided a quote based on their initial requirements.
In September, the customer returned with a request to increase the quantity. The number was revised again in October, when they also asked whether the armrests could flip up.
As their plans changed, we stayed in touch to confirm the latest requirements. Once the final quantity and order details were agreed upon, we began preparing the chairs.
Preparing the Chairs at Our Factory
After the order was confirmed, our factory prepared the seats, backrests, and other components for the C Series chairs.
The factory photos show the seat and backrest components before assembly. Rather than shipping the chairs fully assembled, we packed the components for transport to Taichung, where the chairs would be assembled on site.
Delivery and On-Site Assembly
When the chairs arrived at the customer's location in Taichung, the components were unloaded and assembled on site.
The seats, backrests, armrests, and chair bases were fitted together to complete each chair. The finished C Series chairs had black mesh backrests, black cushioned seats, matching armrests, and five-star bases.
