Bulk Shipment of Office Chair Bases and Casters to Vietnam

A behind the scenes look at CenturyShine's shipment of office chair bases and casters to Vietnam. The products were prepared and loaded into a container at our Taiwan factory before being shipped overseas as part of a consolidated shipment.

This corporate project primarily supplied office chair bases and casters. After the goods were prepared and organized, they were shipped overseas via LCL (less than container load) consolidation to Vietnam.

For bulk procurement of office chair components, confirming product specifications and quantities is only part of the process. The actual shipment also requires attention to packaging, loading sequence, and how container space is used. The following documents the process for this project, from preparation through container loading.

What Products Were Shipped in This Project?

The items shipped in this project included:

  • Office chair casters
  • Office chair bases

Bases and casters are essential structural and mobility components of office chairs. When procurement volumes are large, confirming packaging, quantities, and loading arrangements before shipment is just as important as verifying the product specifications themselves.

Container Loading for Casters and Bases

Project delivery record August 2026, photo 1: moving casters into the container.

During loading, the casters were sorted and stacked into the container first, keeping the cargo organized and leaving adequate space for the bases to be loaded afterward.

Once the casters were loaded, a forklift was used to bring the bases to the front of the container opening, where they were carefully pushed in following the planned loading sequence.

From a Taiwan Factory to Overseas Delivery

Overseas procurement of office chair components involves more than confirming product specifications and quantities. The actual delivery process also includes goods preparation, container loading, and outbound logistics.

This Vietnam shipment case documents the container loading operation at the Taiwan factory after the bases and casters were prepared, giving buyers a direct look at what an overseas office chair component shipment involves.

CenturyShine continues to document the production, assembly, shipping, and corporate procurement of office chairs and components, preserving real project records from manufacturing through to final delivery.
