Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions

This store exclusively caters to corporate procurement and wholesale clients. All transactions are conducted strictly via official quotations, and retail pricing is not publicly listed on this platform.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept requests for returns or exchanges for products that possess inherent manufacturing defects or have sustained damage during transit. Apart from the aforementioned circumstances, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests under any conditions.

Application Process

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us via email within 7 business days of receiving the shipment at: centuryshineco@gmail.com

Please provide the following information in your email:

  1. Order Number / Invoice Number

  2. Detailed description and clear photographs of the defect or damage

Please note that any applications submitted past the 7-day deadline will not be accepted.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Situations)

The following situations are strictly excluded from our return and exchange policy:

  • Subjective preferences or non-quality factors (e.g., changes of mind, incorrect specification selection by the buyer).

  • Products that have already been opened, unboxed, or used.

  • Late applications submitted after the 7-business-day window.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy applies exclusively to transactions within the Taiwan region and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
