Order Processing Time

Our store operates on a made-to-order scheduling and dispatch system. Upon order confirmation, a standard period of 3 to 7 business days is required for stock preparation and logistics scheduling. For high-volume or bulk orders, lead times may be extended depending on factory capacity, and clients will be notified accordingly in advance.

Shipping & Delivery Method

All shipments are dispatched via our company’s dedicated fleet. Our professional drivers are responsible for unloading the cargo to the designated drop-off location.

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery distance. The exact shipping fee will be detailed and included within our official quotation.

Floor Delivery Services & Inside Delivery

Moving cargo upstairs requires an additional floor delivery service fee. Please notify us of the following details in advance when placing or confirming your order:

  1. Whether delivery upstairs/inside is required.

  2. The destination floor number.

  3. Availability of a freight or passenger elevator.

If no prior notice is given, the driver is only obligated to unload the freight at the ground floor (1st floor) or the entrance of the building. Floor delivery services cannot be requested on-site at the time of delivery.
