Mesh Cutting for Each Chair Model

Office chair backrests and seats require different mesh pieces depending on their dimensions, frame shapes, and attachment methods. We cut the mesh to the shapes and sizes specified for each model before sending the pieces to the next stage for attachment and assembly.

Mesh Attachment and Assembly

After cutting, the mesh is positioned and secured according to the structure of the backrest or seat. Mesh tension, edge attachment points, and how the material fits against the frame all affect the finished appearance and assembly. These steps are carried out according to each chair model's structure to complete the chair components.
