[Artisan's Handcraft Record] Assembly and Finishing of the TQ-500W Backrest

Why do the mesh seats of some ergonomic chairs sag in less than half a year, while others provide stable support for years?

Today, we take you behind the scenes to CenturyShine's production frontline to document the creation process of the TQ-500W chair backrest. Watch how our master craftsmen use solid craftsmanship to perfect every single manufacturing step!
Master craftsman's manual record for the first drawing of July 2026: The image shows the master holding the mesh fabric and placing it over the TQ-500.
As the first step of assembly, the master craftsman smoothly drapes the mesh fabric over the outer frame of the TQ-500W backrest. What seems like a simple action relies on years of experience to gauge the tension and alignment angle, ensuring even tension across the mesh and laying a perfect foundation for the subsequent wrapping feel and support.
Master craftsman's manual record for the second image of July 2026: The image shows the master holding a staple gun to staple the mesh fabric.
Using a pneumatic staple gun, the mesh fabric is tightly stretched and secured to the edge of the frame with staples. The master craftsman carefully gauges the optimal tension and stapling spacing to ensure that the chair remains resistant to loosening and deformation even after long hours of sitting and leaning.
Master craftsman's manual record for the third image of July 2026: The image shows the master holding tweezers to pick out excess staples.
After stapling is complete, the master craftsman checks the staple marks one by one. If any staples are found to be slightly misaligned, poorly angled, or defective, they are immediately removed with tweezers and replaced.
Master craftsman's manual record for the fourth image of July 2026: The image shows the master holding scissors to trim away the excess mesh fabric.
Along the outer edge of the backrest frame, scissors are used to trim and remove the excess mesh fabric border. The trimming process avoids damaging the backrest itself, showcasing a clean and flawless product outline.
Master craftsman's manual record for the fifth image of July 2026: The image shows the master holding a spline and pressing it into the groove.
The specialized finishing spline is pressed seamlessly into the groove of the frame. This process not only firmly locks the mesh fabric in place once again, but also completely covers the staple marks on the inside, giving the entire TQ-500W backrest a refined and textured appearance.
Master craftsman's manual record for the sixth image of July 2026: The image shows the packaged TQ-500W.
After the final burr inspection and cleaning, the assembled TQ-500W backrest is packed into a box.
